Photo Contest Rules

2024 Photo Contest Dates: May 8 - May 29, 2024

How to Enter: Post a picture in the comments on the original Facebook Post about the contest on the Friends of the Park Facebook page that will be available May 8, 2024. We may not be able to see shared post comments & we want everyone to be able to choose their favorites in the same place. Thus, if you're looking at a shared post, be sure to go back to our main page to post your picture.

Criteria:

• Contest is open to everyone!
• Pictures must have been taken in Ramsey Park in Redwood Falls, MN.
• You can submit photos from any season & may submit up to 4 photos.
• Photos must be submitted by the person who took them.
• People appearing in the photos must have given their consent to have their photos used.
• By entering, you confirm that you have taken the photo you are submitting. You also acknowledge that each photo submitted comes with the rights to use the photo in Friends of the Park & Ramsey Park print & online publications promoting our park without further obligation to the photographer or those people who are pictured or have their items pictured.

Winners & Prizes:

• Photos must be submitted prior to 5pm on May 29, 2024.
• Nature, Lifestyle, & Animal Photography categories will have a winner & runner-up selected by our judges. All decisions are final. People's Choice prize will be awarded based on which photo has the most likes on the Facebook Post at 5pm on May 29.
• Prizes available for pick-up at the Ramsey Park Drive-Thru Jamboree on June 5th from 4:30-6:30pm. Prizes will be mailed if you cannot make it to the Jamboree.
